Here is what we agreed on:<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><u>For SSSL 2022: Atlanta \u2013 Feb 17-20, 2022 \u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performance of Moon Lake directed by Brenda Currin (Pearl will help organize a location)<\/li>\n<li>Welty and Disability (Laura to write the CFP) Interest by Donnie and Kevin, Rebecca, Laura, Annette, and others<\/li>\n<li>Welty and Media Technologies (Harriet to write the CFP): general interest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><u>For ALA 2022 Chicago\u00a0\u00a0&#8212; in (May?) 2022 \u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Radical Welty Roundtable (spearheaded by Rebecca Mark)<\/li>\n<li>Welty: Ecology, and the Environment (Sarah to write the CFP): general interest<\/li>\n<li>Welty: Performance and Theatre (Harriet to write the CFP) Interest by David McWhirter, Suzanne Marrs, Annette, and others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Future projects and ideas:<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">We also envision a special issue on Eudora Welty for\u00a0<i>Women\u2019s Studies<\/i>\u00a0journal. Rebecca and Sarah are interested in organizing the volume<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">We talked about a\u00a0<u>Welty Conference<\/u>\u00a0possibility in Jackson in 2023.
